Membership FAQ
How long is the membership valid?
Each membership is valid for 12 months from the date of your first scheduled session. All sessions must be completed within that time frame.
Can I choose which sessions I book?
Yes. You may choose the timing of your sessions throughout the year based on your family’s needs and availability. Seasonal planning is encouraged to ensure preferred dates.
Do sessions need to be scheduled in advance?
Yes. Membership sessions are best scheduled early to guarantee availability. Members receive priority booking before dates are released to the public.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
Life happens. One complimentary reschedule per year is included, provided sufficient notice is given. Additional reschedules follow standard session policies.
Can the membership be shared with another family?
Memberships are intended for one immediate family only and may not be shared or transferred.
Are digital images included?
Yes. The maternity/ newborn membership includes a curated gallery of 25 fully edited, high-resolution digital images. Additional images, albums, and wall art may be purchased separately at preferred member pricing. The mini sessions include a fully upgraded gallery of all digital images.
Can I upgrade or add products?
Absolutely. Members receive preferred pricing on additional images, albums, and wall art, and may upgrade sessions as desired.
What if we don’t use all of our sessions?
Unused sessions do not roll over or convert to a refund. Memberships are designed to encourage intentional planning and consistent documentation.
Is this a discounted package?
Memberships are not discount programs although they do offer a slight discount. They offer preferred value, priority access, and a streamlined experience for families who commit to working together over time.
